After the final night, Ms. Thuy Nga - Head of the jury of the Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 contest revealed that the judges all agreed that the beauty queen must have all the elements.
"Bui Quynh Hoa has beauty, body, skills and at the same time she meets the criteria of the Miss Universe Vietnam and Miss Universe organizing committee, she is ready to accompany us.

Ms. Thuy Nga also confirmed that she did not prepare questions for the top 3, the reason they answered fluently was because they all had good character and communication skills.

The Hanoi beauty said that in February, there was information that she was selected to compete in Miss Universe and she clarified that she did not receive any information from the Organizing Committee or related parties inviting her to participate. At that time, the 2022 International Supermodel had no intention of participating in any competition.
"I registered very early but because of my schedule to participate in Miss Earth Vietnam, I am a coach so I discussed with the organizers that I would post my profile after filming. That is why my profile was posted the latest.
There is no way I would have signed up at the last minute. I am very grateful to the organizers for understanding this issue for me.

New Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 Bui Quynh Hoa was born in 1998, in Hanoi. She is 1m75 tall, with hot three-round measurements.
She participated in Miss Ao Dai Vietnam World 2017, Miss Sea Vietnam Global 2018, and won the gold prize at Vietnam Supermodel 2018.
In 2022, she registered for Miss Universe Vietnam, stopping in the top 10. In September of the same year, she won the International Supermodel contest held in Thailand.
With the title of Miss Universe Vietnam 2023, Quynh Hoa was awarded a crown of 2.1 billion VND. She will compete in Miss Universe 2023 held in El Salvador from November 3-18.
