The low-rise social housing area has 123 apartments, 2.5 floors high, with modern architecture, solid and sturdy structure; synchronous infrastructure and traffic; convenient for buyers and residents. The apartments are priced from over 1 billion VND to nearly 1.5 billion VND.

In this draw, there will be 88 apartments for sale, including 2 cases under the policy that do not need to be drawn, the remaining 86 apartments will be drawn, the person who draws the winning number (from number 01 to number 86) will continue to draw the number of houses to buy. After that, the procedures will be completed in accordance with the provisions of law.
