On September 11, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed decisions to appoint two Deputy Ministers of Construction.
Specifically, in Decision No. 958, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Pham Minh Ha, Director of the State Appraisal Department of Construction Quality, Ministry of Construction, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Construction.
Mr. Pham Minh Ha was born in 1969, hometown Bo De ward, Long Bien district, Hanoi city. He has the academic title: Associate Professor - Doctor.
Before being appointed as Deputy Minister of Construction, Mr. Pham Minh Ha held the following positions: Vice President of Hanoi University of Architecture, Director of the State Appraisal Department of Construction Quality.
In Decision No. 959, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung, Chairman of the Board of Members of the Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation, Ministry of Construction, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Construction.
New Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Viet Hung was born in 1978, hometown is Bat Trang commune, Gia Lam district, Hanoi. He has a Bachelor of Economics and Master of Business Administration.
Before being appointed Deputy Minister of Construction, Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung held the following positions: Deputy General Director of Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUD); Chief of Office of the Ministry of Construction; Chairman of the Board of Members of HUD Corporation.
With the two newly appointed personnel, the Ministry of Construction's leadership currently includes Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi and five Deputy Ministers: Nguyen Van Sinh, Nguyen Tuong Van, Bui Xuan Dung, Pham Minh Ha and Nguyen Viet Hung.
