Responding to the question from delegate Pham Van Hoa (Dong Thap) about the current monotonous development of night tourism products, Minister Nguyen Van Hung emphasized that each locality needs to be creative and conduct thorough research to develop night tourism. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has proposed a project to develop night tourism products, but the main responsibility still belongs to the localities in implementing these products.
Mr. Hung gave the example of Ho Chi Minh City developing Nguyen Hue walking street combined with the Saigon River, creating a new and attractive tourism product. "We have a framework and suggestions for how to do it, but we cannot do it for the locality," he affirmed.

Responding to the question of delegate Duong Van Phuoc (National Assembly Delegation of Quang Nam Province) about the Hanoi Flag Tower relic, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung said that the relic is located in the Central Area of the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long - Hanoi, which was ranked as a Special National Monument in 2009 and was listed by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage.
According to the provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage, after being honored by competent authorities, the local state management agency, specifically the local government, directly manages the relics and heritages. Thus, the main authority (management and protection) belongs to the Hanoi People's Committee. However, the Hanoi Flag Tower has historical elements and has an overlap (management) with the Military Museum (Ministry of National Defense).
Hanoi is planning to continue investing, upgrading and renovating this relic, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has sent a document responding to the assessment and requesting the city to soon clear the site. Hopefully, with Hanoi's approach and early agreement with the Ministry of National Defense, this relic will be better managed. The Ministry will continue to monitor and urge this relic to promote its value most effectively.

The Government will also continue to improve the legal framework and implement specific strategies to promote this sector nationwide.

The issue of narrowing the training of human resources in the arts was also discussed. Minister Nguyen Van Hung admitted that without drastic solutions, some traditional arts may be lost. Currently, the Government has preferential policies such as reducing tuition fees and encouraging the study of traditional arts to preserve the soul of Vietnamese culture.
The question and answer session ended with specific commitments from the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, but there are still many challenges ahead for these tasks to be effectively implemented, requiring consensus and determination from localities across the country.
