Meeting and expressing gratitude to education sector staff on Vietnamese Teachers' Day November 20.
On the afternoon of November 17, the Ministry of Education and Training coordinated with press agencies to organize a meeting to express gratitude to education sector officials on the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, November 20.
The program honors more than 30 outstanding teachers who are directly involved in teaching at universities, colleges, and disadvantaged areas across the country.
Sharing at the gratitude ceremony, Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son, on behalf of teachers and officials in the education sector, expressed his emotion and joy at the meeting and gratitude to teachers and officials in the education sector.

The Minister said that November 20 is the day society shows gratitude to teachers and teachers also choose this day to thank life for giving us such a special profession.
This is also a day for teachers to look back on their journey and strive to be worthy of society's gratitude.
“We would like to thank the press agencies and thereby express our gratitude to society, people and country,” the Minister said.
On this occasion, the Minister also sent a message to teachers across the country to join hands, innovate, promote talent and enthusiasm in the teaching process, and stay attached to the school, the class, and the beloved students.
"Teachers need to actively cultivate and promote their abilities and intelligence in teaching to embellish the picture of beauty and the image of people's teachers," Minister Nguyen Kim Son wished.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Quoc Minh, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, on behalf of leaders, staff, reporters and editors of press agencies, sent congratulations and gratitude to the team of teachers and staff in the Vietnamese education sector.

According to Mr. Minh, November 20th is the day for the whole society to express their feelings, respect and gratitude to the team of teachers and education officials for their great contributions to the cause of "growing people".
Generations of teachers have strived to overcome difficulties, always keeping the flame of passion alive; being shining examples of dedication and passion for the profession. There are teachers who have sacrificed their youth, devoted themselves to their students, stayed with their schools and classes, becoming second fathers and mothers to students in remote areas, areas with difficult socio-economic conditions, border areas and islands.
Representing the exemplary teachers honored, Ms. Dang Thi Nu, teacher at Sung Trai Ethnic Boarding Secondary School (Dong Van district, Ha Giang province) expressed her emotion and pride at being honored at the ceremony.
Through this, Ms. Nu expressed her determination to try, strive, and overcome difficulties to do her job as a teacher even better. She also promised to gradually improve the quality of education in disadvantaged, remote, and ethnic minority areas.
