Giang Dinh residential group has 248 households, nearly 900 people with 9 self-managed groups to ensure security and order.
Implementing the campaign "All people unite to build a cultural life in residential areas" "All people unite to join hands to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", Giang Dinh residential area has achieved many practical results, the material and spiritual life of the people has been gradually improved; security and social order have been maintained; the relationship between people has become increasingly close and united.

In 2023, Giang Dinh residential area will have no more poor households, only 4 near-poor households, 26 households with average living standards, the rate of well-off and rich households is over 65%. Average income per capita is estimated at 55.2 million VND/year.
The rate of households achieving the title of "Cultural Family" reached 93.6%; the rate of cultural and sports households reached 68%; 3/9 self-management groups achieved the title of "Typical self-management group"; 100% of households were mobilized to sign a commitment to implement the Nghi Xuan code of conduct.
