The Ministry of National Defense has given "hot" rewards to units with outstanding achievements participating in two projects A3-1124P and LA1124P in the fight against crime during the peak period of Tet At Ty 2025.
On behalf of the Ministry of National Defense, on December 10, in Ho Chi Minh City, Lieutenant General Le Duc Thai, member of the Party Central Committee and Commander of the Border Guard, awarded prizes to units with outstanding achievements participating in two projects A3-1124P and LA1124P, fighting against crimes during the peak period of Tet At Ty 2025.
The projects were carried out by many forces, including the Southern Drug and Crime Prevention Task Force (Team 3), the Drug and Crime Prevention Department - Border Guard, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department (Department C04, Ministry of Public Security), the Long An Provincial Border Guard and a number of other units.
Lieutenant General Le Duc Thai praised the outstanding achievements of the forces participating in the two projects. At the same time, he emphasized that these were special projects, arresting 7 subjects, seizing more than 75 kg of synthetic drugs, 20 heroin bricks, 3 K59 guns and 21 bullets.
Thereby, it has created great momentum to implement the peak plan to prevent drugs and other types of crimes before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2025 on the border and sea areas.
With these outstanding achievements, Steering Committee 1389, the Ministry of National Defense and the Border Guard Command decided to commend and commend the following units: Southern Drug and Crime Prevention Task Force; Drug and Crime Prevention Department - Border Guard; Drug Crime Investigation Police Department - Ministry of Public Security and Long An Provincial Border Guard.
