(NLDO) - After nearly 6 months of the Director of the Department of Education and Training of Thai Binh province being dismissed, recently, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Ha, Deputy Director of the Department, was appointed to this position.
On the morning of March 3, the Department of Education and Training of Thai Binh province held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work. Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Ha, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Thai Binh province, was appointed to the position of Director of the Department.

Chairman of Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Manh Hung commented that Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Ha is a well-trained cadre, who has grown up from the grassroots, and has held many positions from teacher, Vice Principal, and Principal of Quynh Coi High School. In October 2021, Mr. Ha was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training. In his positions, Mr. Ha always has a scientific, democratic working method, is close to the grassroots, completes assigned tasks well, and makes important contributions to the education and training career of the province.
The Chairman of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Education and Training and the new Director of the Department to focus on studying the policies and regulations of the Party and the State on education and the province's practices, promptly advising the Provincial People's Committee to implement Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW on "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient"; develop a project to reorganize the apparatus to ensure "Streamlined - compact - strong - effective - efficient - effective", including reorganizing the departments under the Department after receiving the vocational education sector from the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs; review and reorganize the network of educational institutions in the province after completing the arrangement of commune-level administrative units for the 2023-2025 period and the 2026-2030 period; Focus on effectively implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology development, innovation and national digital transformation...

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Ha, the new Director of the Department of Education and Training of Thai Binh province, affirmed that he will continue to improve his spirit, responsibility, determination, efforts, and strive to complete all assigned tasks in his new position.
Previously, after the incident of mistaking the score, causing the scores of nearly 1,600 students to be incorrect in the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2024-2025 school year, based on the inspection results, in September 2024, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh province issued disciplinary decisions against the leaders and managers of the provincial Department of Education and Training; including the disciplinary action of dismissing Mr. Nguyen Viet Hien, Director of the Department of Education and Training.
