On the morning of June 12, at Trung Binh Border Guard Station (Soc Trang Provincial Border Guard), the Youth Union of Soc Trang Provincial Border Guard organized the Launching Ceremony of the 2023 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign and Responded to World Environment Day and World Oceans Day 2023.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Le Van Anh, Deputy Political Commissar of the Soc Trang Provincial Border Guard, emphasized that through activities to promote the youth, the spirit of volunteerism and initiative of the officers, union members and youth of the Provincial Border Guard in activities to participate in socio-economic development and volunteering for community life. Colonel Le Van Anh believes that with enthusiasm and creativity, each officer, union member and youth in the Provincial Border Guard will promote their youth to the fullest, making the 2023 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign a success.

Immediately after the ceremony, nearly 100 officers, union members, and youth of the Soc Trang Provincial Border Guard and local youth organizations took part in activities such as planting nearly 100 trees and timber trees around the Trung Binh Border Guard Station, launching the "Let's clean up the sea" campaign with garbage collection activities at Bai Gia culvert area, Trung Binh market hamlet, Tran De district; and clearing rural roads.
