Accordingly, units with administrative procedures under the Ministry continue to promote the synchronous implementation of administrative reform contents according to the provisions of Resolution No. 76/NQ-CP of the Government promulgating the Overall Program of State administrative reform for the period 2021 - 2030.
In addition, thoroughly and seriously implement the Prime Minister's directives on promoting administrative reform, enhancing the responsibility of leaders in reforming administrative procedures, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management; improving the quality of public service provision and the satisfaction of people and organizations with the services of state administrative agencies.
Based on the 2022 Administrative Reform Index, organize a review, analysis and assessment; clearly identify the strengths, weaknesses, causes and responsibilities of each individual and organization in implementing assigned tasks to have solutions to improve the indexes in the coming time.
In addition, it is necessary to strengthen information and propaganda about the meaning and results of the indicators to cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to raise awareness, sense of responsibility and consensus on administrative reform.

Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Phan Thi Thang also requested the Ministry's Office to take the lead in giving opinions, appraising, and examining regulations on administrative procedures in the proposal to develop draft laws, ordinances, and draft legal documents.
Take the lead in guiding the implementation of the Plan to review and simplify internal administrative procedures in the state administrative system for the period 2022 - 2025, ensuring the goal of reducing and simplifying at least 20% of internal administrative procedures and reducing at least 20% of compliance costs.

The Legal Department shall preside over and coordinate with units under the Ministry of Construction to continue developing plans to cut and simplify business regulations under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to submit to the Prime Minister; prepare reports to send to the Government Office in case of difficulties or problems.
Instruct units under the Ministry to access the Consultation Portal and look up business regulations to thoroughly and definitively handle people's and businesses' feedback and recommendations on mechanisms, policies, and administrative procedures within the scope and management functions of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
The Electricity Regulatory Authority shall preside over the review of the plan to reduce and simplify the priority group of internal administrative procedures according to Decision No. 1085/QD-TTg dated September 15, 2022 of the Prime Minister, to be completed in August 2023.
