In the requirements for the Ministry of Transport, the Prime Minister noted to continue tightening automobile transport business activities; strengthen control over passenger and freight transport activities, inspect, detect, rectify and handle violations right at the departure points (bus stations, yards, train stations, goods sources, material mines).

Drivers who test positive for drugs when discovered will not only be subject to administrative fines but also have their driving licenses revoked and must retake the test to be granted a driving license when they meet health requirements; business certificates will be revoked for transport businesses that repeat violations of traffic order and safety.
The Prime Minister also requested the Ministry of Public Security to direct the traffic police and local police to increase patrols, control, and strictly handle violations of alcohol and drug concentrations, oversized and overloaded cargo, "extending" the vehicle's trunk, carrying more people than prescribed, speeding, not obeying traffic lights, using fake documents, etc.
At the same time, launch a nationwide movement to condemn, detect and provide documents reflecting violations of laws on traffic order and safety for the traffic police to handle according to the provisions of law.
