Sunrise Sprint Phu Quoc on November 16, with the following events: 750m swim, 20km bike ride and 5km run. Parallel to Sunrise Sprint is IRONKIDS for 2 age groups: 5-10 years old, competing in 75m swim, 3km bike ride and 1km run; 11-15 years old competing in 150m swim, 6km bike ride and 2km run.
