According to the Secretary of the Central Youth Union, in the coming time, it is necessary to continue to innovate more strongly the content and methods of education, strongly transform digitally; firmly grasp public opinion, orient the ideology of young people; resolutely and persistently follow the motto "Use beauty to eliminate ugliness" , increase positive information to push back negative information; promote the factor of "self-education", uphold the spirit of "Aspiration to contribute, the reason for youth to live".

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister of Public Security Le Quoc Hung emphasized that in the coming time, the police force and the Youth Union need to strengthen closer coordination in organizing, disseminating, and effectively implementing the Party and State's directives on building a mass movement to protect national security.

The Central Youth Union and the Ministry of Public Security awarded certificates of merit to 32 collectives and 32 individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement of the whole people to protect national security in the period of 2018 - 2023.

Deputy Minister of Public Security Le Quoc Hung suggested that police units, localities and the Youth Union select and build typical models, replicate them in localities and types of organizations with similar characteristics.
