The workshop was organized by the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council under the Vietnam Confederation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in collaboration with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). This activity is part of the project "Empower: Enhancing women's economic empowerment through green transformation" sponsored by UNEP. At the workshop, many delegates provided businesses with information related to policies and laws on promoting green growth, protecting the environment and responding to climate change. In particular, programs, solutions and initiatives to support women and businesses were openly shared to enhance capacity and connect with technology solution providers, banks and financial institutions with green finance programs; Lessons learned for equitable transformation and adaptation to climate change in Vietnam were also discussed at this event.
