Thanh Hoa City Party Secretary Le Anh Xuan visits and presents gifts to Dien Bien soldiers

On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024), on the morning of April 25, Comrade Le Anh Xuan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Hoa City visited and presented gifts to Dien Bien soldiers, youth volunteers, and frontline laborers who directly participated in the fight and served in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign and are living in Thanh Hoa City.

Thanh Hoa City Party Secretary Le Anh Xuan and members of the delegation offered incense to martyr Nguyen Van Ty (Ba Dinh ward); visited and presented gifts to Dien Bien soldiers Pham Van Hoa, 81% disabled soldiers (Ba Dinh ward), Vu Van Hinh (Dong Hai ward), youth volunteer Phung Sy Cac (Dong Tho ward), and frontline laborer Le Thi Nga (Ham Rong ward).

In a warm and affectionate atmosphere of gratitude, Thanh Hoa City Party Secretary Le Anh Xuan visited the health and living conditions of Dien Bien soldiers, youth volunteers, and frontline workers and expressed his sincere feelings and deep gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of Dien Bien soldiers, youth volunteers, and frontline workers - those who directly fought and served in the historic Dien Bien Phu campaign.
