Residential area 15 has 226 households, 852 people. There are 7 ethnic groups living together. The economy of the people in the group is stable, the standard of living is good or better accounting for about 70%; there are no poor households. In 2024, there will be 1 near-poor household.

During the recent storm No. 3, the people in the group united and actively participated in helping 10 affected business households; contributed nearly 17 million VND, 190 kg of rice, 45 kg of various vegetables, cooked 727 free meals... to support people in flooded and isolated areas. The group held 4 weddings, 1 civilized funeral; 99% of households met the cultural family standards in 2024...

Speaking at the festival, Secretary of Tuyen Quang City Party Committee Ta Duc Tuyen highly appreciated and congratulated the results that residential group 15 had achieved.
