On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory on May 7 (1954 - 2024), this morning, April 23, Secretary of the Dong Ha City Party Committee Le Quang Chien visited and expressed gratitude to soldiers, youth volunteers, and frontline laborers who directly participated in the fight and served in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign and are living in Dong Ha City, including: Mr. Truong Cong Chuong (born in 1926), in Quarter 2, Ward 1; Mr. Nguyen Soan (born in 1930), in Quarter 4, Ward 5 and relatives of Mr. Le Quoc Toan, in Quarter 2, Ward 5.

At the families, Secretary of the Dong Ha City Party Committee Le Quang Chien expressed his deep gratitude to those who directly participated in the historic victory of Dien Bien Phu so that today's generation can live in peace, prosperity and happiness; at the same time, he kindly asked about the health and life of each family.

The Secretary of the Dong Ha City Party Committee hopes that the soldiers, youth volunteers, and frontline laborers who participated in the fight and served in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign will continue to live happily, healthily, and usefully; always promote the good traditional qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" and "Dien Bien soldiers" in life, be a shining example for the younger generation to follow; and together with their families, contribute to building the homeland and the country to become more and more prosperous.
