A boy sat in the back of a pickup truck traveling on the highway from Hanoi to Thanh Hoa.

On May 30, information from Road Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 3, Traffic Police Department ( Ministry of Public Security ), the unit has drawn up a record of administrative violation against driver Vuong Van Q. (born in 1985, residing in Lai Thuong commune, Thach That district, Hanoi) for carrying a baby boy in the trunk of the car while traveling on the highway.

At around 7:00 a.m. the same day, driver Q. drove a pickup truck with license plate 29H-141.xx carrying his family (including 3 young children) from Thach That district to travel to Sam Son (Thanh Hoa).

When arriving at Big C Thang Long (Tran Duy Hung Street, Cau Giay, Hanoi ), driver Q. stopped the car to give the children some water. At that time, one child asked to sit in the back of the car.

Then, driver Q. put the child in the trunk and drove on Ring Road 3 (Hanoi) to the Phap Van - Cao Bo - Mai Son - National Highway 45.

When arriving at Dong Xuan intersection (Mai Son Expressway - National Highway 45), the above behavior was discovered and handled by traffic police.

The working group drew up a report against driver Vuong Van Q. for the violation of transporting people in the truck bed against regulations.
