NDO - After nearly a week of exciting competition, on November 10, the 2024 National Vocational Education Teachers' Conference, hosted by Quang Ninh province in coordination with the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, closed.
According to the Organizing Committee's assessment, this is the Teaching Conference with the largest number of participating teachers, with 462 teachers participating in the lectures.
Most of the lectures apply information technology in exploiting, linking learning materials, and interacting with learners, clearly demonstrating efforts to adapt to the digital transformation process in vocational education.
More than 90% of the total number of lectures participating in the conference were in the direction of practical, integrated lectures, accounting for the largest proportion ever, meeting the requirements of the labor market with professional qualifications and vocational skills.
Many lectures have innovation and creativity in practical and integrated teaching methods. Many lectures are related to new professions, new skills, and green skills.
The number of occupations and fields is diversified with 116 occupations and fields, including many popular occupations with great human resource demand, suitable for current social development.

The Organizing Committee awarded First, Second and Third prizes to 150 teachers with the best achievements, 6 excellent groups were awarded First, Second and Third prizes for the whole group. 65 teachers were awarded the following secondary prizes: Most effective use of self-made equipment, most effective application of information technology, most effective digital transformation and certificates of merit from the Central Youth Union. The Organizing Committee also awarded 4 groups with outstanding achievements in organizing the teaching conference.
This year's Vocational Education Teachers' Lecturer Conference has the largest number of lecturers and delegations ever, attracting about 3,000 people with 462 lecturers, coming from 266 vocational education institutions nationwide, including 213 colleges, 45 secondary schools, 7 centers and 1 enterprise. The number of judges is up to 80 people.
This is also the lecture conference with the largest number of practical and integrated presentations ever and a diverse number of industries and professions, belonging to 116 different industries and professions, including many industries and professions with large human resource needs, suitable for the current requirements of socio-economic development.

The National Vocational Education Teachers' Conference is organized by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs every three years. This is the first time Quang Ninh province has been chosen to host a national vocational education activity, actively contributing to the development of high-quality human resources with vocational skills to meet the requirements of promoting industrialization, modernization of the country and international integration.
In addition to professional activities, many sideline activities of the Lecture Conference also took place successfully, spreading the image, affirming the organizational capacity and destination of national and international events of Quang Ninh province.
