Speaking at the opening of the program, Comrade Tong Quang Thin, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the 2nd Ninh Binh-Trang An Festival, 2023 emphasized: During the recent days of the Festival, with many unique cultural activities of high connectivity and spread, organized in a unique approach with a colorful perspective of regional heritage but also full of the breath of the times, Ninh Binh province has truly lived in a vibrant and joyful festival atmosphere with a series of cultural events, heritages imbued with art and impression.
In the second time Ninh Binh province organized the Festival, cultural and artistic activities had many innovations and creativity, bringing viewers multi-dimensional approaches to the cultural and natural heritages of the nation, aiming to build the Ninh Binh Festival brand to truly become an international brand - a place to connect, gather, honor and spread the cultural values, typical heritages of the nation and humanity, contributing the first steps in the idea of building a cultural industry and a millennium heritage city in Ninh Binh province.
The 2nd Ninh Binh - Trang An Festival in 2023 is the first time Ninh Binh province aims to socialize the organization of the festival. Activities are organized in an open manner, increasing interaction with the community, people, and tourists can directly watch and participate in the activities of the Festival. With a positive, proactive, respectful and hospitable spirit, Ninh Binh province has coordinated with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and agencies, units, and enterprises to organize Festival programs and events that take place safely, uniquely and successfully.
On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the 2nd Ninh Binh-Trang An Festival in 2023 thanked the leaders of the Party, State, and Vietnam Fatherland Front for their attention, attendance, encouragement, and direction; thanked the Central Committees, Ministries, Branches, and Organizations, provinces, cities, and the People for their coordination, support, and sharing during the organization of the Festival.
Ninh Binh Province also acknowledged and thanked the sponsors who accompanied and supported the successful organization of the Festival's activities. In particular, Xuan Truong Construction Enterprise; Hyundai Thanh Cong; Military Bank; Kim Dong Construction Enterprise; Thung Nham Eco-tourism Area; Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group; thanked the central and local press agencies, media companies for attending, reporting, promoting and contributing significantly to the success of the event. Acknowledged and commended the agencies and units in the province for their efforts with the highest sense of responsibility to make the Festival a great success.
Next, the Northern and Central Cultural Heritage Program was presented on a live stage at Thung Nham Eco-tourism Area. Using artistic language combined with a cast of local actors, a large-scale support prop system, and advanced sound and lighting systems, the program brought viewers many emotions and sublimation.
Part 1: Northern Cultural Heritage has been staged and performed on a live stage. The quintessence of heritage arts: Cheo, Ca Tru, Xam, Quan Ho, Hat Van... combined with traditional folk elements recreate the quintessence of Northern Vietnamese culture. With very rich imprints of folk performing arts, the art forms of the Northern Delta residents reflect a rich spiritual and cultural life, both profound, subtle, and subtle, as well as intelligent, witty, and liberal through the melodies and lyrics of folk art works with joyful, pure, and passionate sounds...
Part 2: Cultural Heritage of the Central region brought the audience to the folk songs of Vi, Giam Nghe Tinh, Ho Mai Nhi, Hau Van Hue, which are intangible cultural heritages created and passed down during the labor production process and closely associated with the daily life of the Central region community. Through many techniques of staging, stage, music..., traditional art forms here were introduced as the voice of will, of strength, and also the resonance of the passionate hearts, love of life, love of life, and passion for creative work. These are precious gems in the folk art treasure of our nation that generations of Vietnamese people have constantly created, passed down and spread, contributing to the unity in diversity of the diverse and rich Vietnamese cultural picture.
