The World Coffee Museum welcomes its 5 millionth visitor.

The World Coffee Museum is a special project within the Coffee City project built by Trung Nguyen Legend Group in Buon Ma Thuot, the coffee capital and home of the world's finest Robusta coffee beans. Officially opened on November 23, 2018, after five years of operation, the World Coffee Museum has become a must-visit tourist destination in the Central Highlands and a symbolic landmark of the Vietnamese coffee industry, contributing to Buon Ma Thuot's development into the "Coffee City of the World".

The 5th runner-up of Miss Grand International 2023, along with young people, celebrated the 5th anniversary of the World Coffee Museum and the 20th anniversary of the G7's global expansion.

During the celebration of " 5 Years - 5 Million Visitors - A Million Thanks to Coffee Lovers and Enthusiasts" and "G7 - A 20-Year Journey of Conquering the Global Market ," distinguished guests and visitors were immersed in an atmosphere rich in local character, with traditional dances and music of the ethnic communities of the Central Highlands, combined with unique and distinctive coffee culture experiences right at the World Coffee Museum.

Visitors attend the celebration of "5 Years - 5 Million Visitors - A Million Thanks to Coffee Lovers and Enthusiasts" and "G7 - A 20-Year Journey of Conquering the Global Market" at the World Coffee Museum.

In particular, marking the 5th anniversary of the World Coffee Museum's development (November 23, 2018 - November 23, 2023), which is also the 20th anniversary of the G7 brand's birth (November 23, 2003 - November 23, 2023), and sharing a common aspiration to enhance the value of Vietnam's coffee industry and honor Buon Ma Thuot - the homeland of the world's finest Robusta coffee beans, the World Coffee Museum officially opened an exhibition with the themes: " 5 Years - 5 Million Visitors - A Million Words of Gratitude to Coffee Lovers and Enthusiasts " and "G7 - 20 Years of Conquering the Global Market". Looking back at the 5-year journey with its special milestones, as well as the ambitious spirit and daring spirit of G7 to become a world-renowned Vietnamese coffee brand, the exhibition left a deep impression on visitors and distinguished guests. The exhibition will be open to visitors until January 10, 2024.

The 5th runners-up of Miss Grand International 2023 visited the exhibition area "G7 - 20 Years of Global Conquest".

Also during the celebration of " 5 years - 5 million visitors - A million words of gratitude to coffee lovers and enthusiasts " and " G7 - A 20-year journey of conquering the world ," the World Coffee Museum announced its 5 millionth visitor to this unique and distinctive architectural masterpiece – the most special in Buon Ma Thuot, the coffee capital. Accordingly, Melissa Tjemma Janneke Bottema, Miss Grand Netherlands and 5th runner-up in Miss Grand International 2023, was fortunate enough to become the 5 millionth special visitor to the World Coffee Museum. Unable to hide her joy at this unexpected event, Melissa Tjemma Janneke Bottema emotionally shared: "I am truly surprised and moved to become the 5 millionth visitor to the World Coffee Museum. This is one of the most interesting and unique coffee museums I have ever visited. Thank you and I wish the World Coffee Museum and Trung Nguyen Legend Group will continue to spread the love of coffee to the global community."

Melissa Tjemma Janneke Bottema, Miss Grand Netherlands and 5th Runner-up at Miss Grand International 2023, became the 5 millionth visitor to the World Coffee Museum.

At the same time, with the desire to spread love for coffee and the land of Buon Ma Thuot - the homeland of the world's best Robusta coffee beans, as well as to show gratitude to the community, the World Coffee Museum opened its doors to all visitors to experience, visit freely and receive meaningful gifts on November 23, 2023. Furthermore, visitors had the opportunity to receive valuable books from the "Foundation for Life Transformation" book collection and participate in a meet-and-greet and book signing session with the 5th Runner-up of Miss Grand International 2023.

Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, a student from Tay Nguyen University, shared: "Having the opportunity to attend this special anniversary ceremony and visit the exhibition showcasing the 5-year journey of the World Coffee Museum and the 20-year journey of the G7 brand conquering the global market has inspired and motivated me and my friends a great deal. We have gained a better understanding of the potential for the development of Vietnam's coffee industry globally and believe that the goal of building our hometown of Buon Ma Thuot into the world's coffee city, a destination for billions of coffee lovers and enthusiasts, is entirely achievable."

Thousands of students in Dak Lak received valuable books from the "Foundation for Life Transformation" bookshelf, signed by the 5th runner-up of Miss Grand International 2023.

Along with programs to show appreciation to visitors, the World Coffee Museum is also organizing an online photo contest on its fanpage for all coffee lovers and enthusiasts to share special and meaningful moments associated with the World Coffee Museum. This special photo contest runs from November 16-30, 2023, with many valuable prizes.

5 years - 1 symbol of the Vietnamese coffee industry

The idea of ​​building Buon Ma Thuot into the global coffee capital, conceived by Trung Nguyen Legend Group Founder and Chairman Dang Le Nguyen Vu, dates back more than 15 years. This includes the construction of a world coffee museum, intended to be an architectural icon, honoring sustainability and a global perspective, allowing all coffee lovers and enthusiasts to learn about the creative journey of the coffee plant.

The World Coffee Museum is a key destination during the Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festivals.

Positioned as a Living, Open, and Interactive museum, the "museum of the future," the World Coffee Museum has delivered unique and distinctive experiences, contributing to a shift in the perception of museums among Vietnamese people, especially young people. Since its opening, the World Coffee Museum has become an important venue for organizing activities showcasing the world's coffee culture. Here, visitors can experience many unique activities – unlike anything else in the world – such as: a show showcasing three coffee civilizations – Ottoman, Zen, and Roman – combined with 3D mapping technology; a dance drama depicting the three coffee civilizations… Notably, with over 15 thematic exhibitions already held, millions of visitors have learned about the intellectual value of coffee in various fields such as history, economics, science, and art… Simultaneously, with the desire to promote traditional cultural values ​​and help local communities access international-scale activities, the World Coffee Museum has organized over 350 cultural and artistic events, gradually becoming Vietnam's first center for creative coffee art. During a visit to the World Coffee Museum, Mr. Thomas Gass – the Swiss Ambassador to Vietnam – shared: "Thank you Trung Nguyen Legend for a very beautiful museum that can preserve the history and culture of world coffee."

Miss Tiểu Vy and Miss Đỗ Thị Hà enjoyed exploring the three world coffee civilizations – Ottoman, Roman, and Zen – at the World Coffee Museum.

Over its five years of operation, with unique programs and activities showcasing the culture and history of coffee spanning nearly 12 centuries, the World Coffee Museum has allowed visitors to "immerse themselves in coffee culture," according to the prestigious National Geographic magazine; and is ranked 6th out of 17 best destinations in Vietnam, as voted by Wanderlust – a leading British travel magazine. To date, the World Coffee Museum has welcomed 5 million visitors from over 23 countries worldwide, contributing to the growth of Dak Lak's tourism industry by over 5.33% annually and creating thousands of jobs for local workers.

In particular, "The Tao of Coffee" - the first documentary about Vietnamese coffee and coffee culture, produced by the renowned media company Warner Bros. Discovery in collaboration with Trung Nguyen Legend, officially premiered globally on November 24, 2023, will be a special milestone commemorating the 5th anniversary of the World Coffee Museum and the 20th anniversary of the G7 coffee brand's global success. According to Discovery's introduction, the film will provide a comprehensive look at the unique characteristics of Vietnamese coffee and coffee culture, focusing on Buon Ma Thuot, the birthplace of the world's finest Robusta coffee beans, renowned globally for brands such as the World Coffee Museum, G7 Coffee, and Trung Nguyen Legend.

With continuous efforts and innovation, building upon its five-year journey, the World Coffee Museum will continue to be a unique destination for coffee lovers and enthusiasts worldwide, contributing to the development of Buon Ma Thuot, the coffee capital, into the "Coffee City of the World".
