Following the success of the first Vietnam Community Nutrition Day in 2023 at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square (Hanoi), this year the Program was held in Ho Chi Minh City with the goal of strongly spreading the spirit of scientific nutrition - reasonable exercise to more regions and localities. At the same time, inspiring and encouraging people to live an increasingly active and healthy lifestyle.

Along with the "I am healthier and more beautiful" contest held in 2022 and 2023, through today's event, Health and Life Newspaper hopes to continue to promote the movement of exercising and practicing scientific nutrition to the masses, especially the group nutrition and exercise model, spreading widely in the community.

Along with the exciting competitions of 25 teams from Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces, the Organizing Committee also arranged 10 free health consultation booths with the participation of leading experts in Vietnam. People were consulted by experts with the most useful advice on nutrition and exercise practices.
The Organizing Committee said that the 2nd Vietnam Community Nutrition Day is the largest ever and promises to bring people a lot of knowledge and useful activities...
