Specifically, at 7:00 p.m. on November 9, the center of storm No. 7 (international name Yinxing) was located in the North East Sea, about 365 km northeast of Hoang Sa archipelago. The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 14-15 (150-183 km/h), gusting over level 17. The storm moved in a West Northwest direction, at a speed of about 10 km/h.
Forecast in the next 24 hours, the storm in the northwest sea of the North East Sea, about 245km north of Hoang Sa archipelago, moving west-northwest then turning southwest, speed 5-10km/h, gradually weakening. The strongest wind near the storm center is level 12, gusting to level 15.

At around 7pm on November 11, the storm from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai moved southwest at 10-15km per hour, weakening further. The strongest wind near the storm's center was level 8-9, gusting to level 12.
At 7:00 p.m. on November 12, storm No. 7 continued to move southwest at a speed of 10-15 km/h and weakened into a tropical depression and then a low pressure area. The center of the storm was located in the northern Central Highlands.
According to the weather forecast at sea, the meteorological agency said that the North East Sea has had storms and rain, strong winds of level 8-11, and near the storm's eye, winds of level 12-14, gusting to level 17. The central East Sea, the sea from Khanh Hoa to Ca Mau and the Gulf of Thailand have scattered showers and thunderstorms.
On the night of November 9 and November 10, the North East Sea (including the Hoang Sa archipelago) will have strong winds of level 8-11, near the storm's eye will have strong winds of level 12-14, gusts of level 17, rough seas, waves 4-6m high, near the storm's eye 7-9. The sea from Khanh Hoa to Ba Ria-Vung Tau will have strong winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusts of level 7, rough seas, waves 2-4m high.
In addition, on the night of November 9 and November 10, the North East Sea (including the waters of the Hoang Sa archipelago) will experience storms. The Central and South East Sea (including the waters of the Truong Sa archipelago), the waters from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, Ca Mau to Kien Giang and the Gulf of Thailand will experience scattered showers and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind of level 7-8.
On the night of November 10 and the day of November 11, the western sea area of the North East Sea (including the sea area of Hoang Sa archipelago) will have strong winds of level 7-9, the area near the storm's eye will have strong winds of level 10-12, gusting to level 15, the sea will be very rough, the waves will be 4-6m high, the area near the storm's eye will be 6-8m high.
The sea area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai from early morning of November 11 has strong winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9, rough seas, waves 2-4m high.
