Success from the cradle of textile industry…
Since 2007, when the industrial park market was still quite primitive, Bao Minh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (Bao Minh) was trusted by the leaders of Nam Dinh province to develop the Bao Minh Industrial Park project - with the aim of raising the level of the cradle of the textile industry in the country and forming a standard, modern industrial park, meeting the increasing needs of investors.
Up to now, this is still the industrial park project with the most modern and synchronous infrastructure in Nam Dinh. Bao Minh Industrial Park has operated all wastewater treatment processes, water supply, infrastructure management, social housing on the 4.0 platform for many years, wireless and paperless office model to all departments in the whole company.
17 years may not be a long enough time in many fields, but in the industrial park infrastructure sector, this is a very valuable "capital" that Bao Minh has, in a young market like Vietnam.
Up to now, looking back at what Bao Minh has done with the first "model" industrial park in Nam Dinh, we can see the long-term vision and sustainable development perspective of the enterprise: Centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 12,000 m3/day and night, clean water supply plant with a capacity of 40,000 m3/day and night, social housing area meeting the living needs of over 2,000 workers and high-class housing area for experts... In particular, the project officially came into operation in 2010 and almost immediately filled 100% of the area, with major investors from Germany, Japan, China, Taiwan (China)..., affirming the trust of investors in the Bao Minh brand.

With its established reputation and brand, Bao Minh continues to be selected by Thai Binh province as the developer of the Hai Long Industrial Park project in Thai Binh Economic Zone.
