This is an annual activity of Lao Cai Newspaper, demonstrating the ethics of "When drinking water, remember its source", "Repaying gratitude", thereby deeply educating the tradition and morality of the nation for the staff, reporters and editors of the unit to continue to do better in the work of showing gratitude to families whose relatives sacrificed their blood and bones for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
Receiving gifts on this occasion were 7 policy families including: Ms. Le Thi Nguyen, mother of a martyr, residing in Na O village; Ms. Le Thi Phi, mother of a martyr, residing in Lang Bac village; Ms. Pham Thi Dieu, mother of a martyr, residing in Trang Nung village; Ms. Dao Thi Bat, wife of a martyr, residing in Hang Da village; Mr. Tran Xuan Tuyen, disabled soldier, residing in Bac Ngam village; Mr. Tran Ba Tu, disabled soldier, residing in Trang Nung village; Mr. Duong Thanh Xuan, person infected with toxic chemicals, residing in Lang Bac village.
At the places visited, the leaders of Lao Cai Newspaper kindly asked about the health and life, and expressed deep gratitude for the great contributions of families of policy beneficiaries, meritorious people, and heroic martyrs who sacrificed their blood to protect the independence and freedom of the nation and unify the country.
The leaders of Lao Cai Newspaper hope that families of policy beneficiaries, people with meritorious services, and war invalids will continue to promote revolutionary traditions, be exemplary models, and encourage their children and grandchildren to participate in labor, production, study, and work well, becoming positive factors in the locality.
