Applying technology to serve propaganda, dissemination and legal education
The application of technology by press agencies plays an important role in implementing legal policy communication quickly and fully. It helps to gradually perfect the State's legal policies right in the drafting process, gaining public consensus and contributing opinions in an open, public and transparent spirit.
Recognizing that importance, over the past time, the Vietnam Law Newspaper has always identified the inseparable and decisive role of technology in the specific activities of electronic journalism. The Vietnam Law Newspaper has made many innovations in electronic publications such as: Vietnam Law Newspaper (baophapluat.vn); Law Plus (phapluatplus.vn), Law Television (tvphapluat.vn), Law Media (phapluatmedia.vn) and the Social Network Center managing the Newspaper's Social Network platforms and the Law Community Social Network (congdongphapluat.vn).

All electronic publications of the Newspaper are applied with modern CMS management system, helping reporters and editors to create news and articles anywhere on both computers (desktop) and phones (mobile). Through CMS system, secretaries and leaders of the Newspaper can also easily manage news and articles.
The newspaper also applies many new technology platforms to educate and disseminate the law. For example, the column “Legal examples” on the Podcast of the Vietnam Law Newspaper focuses on introducing individuals and organizations with significant achievements in complying with and implementing the law. These examples are not only those who have succeeded in the legal field, but also those who bring transparency, fairness and positive contributions to social development.
However, journalist Vu Hoai Nam - Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Law Newspaper also said that: press agencies, as information and propaganda agencies of the Party and the State, need to be highly aware of their responsibility to the country and also for their own existence and development in the era of technology 4.0.
"The picture of digital transformation in the field of journalism still has many shortcomings, from awareness of digital transformation to human resources, facilities... Many press managers and press agencies do not fully understand the meaning and importance of digital transformation as well as the awareness of the path, path, and way in digital transformation of journalism. Accompanying the national digital transformation, the Station has pioneered in supporting the orientation of digital transformation in the broadcasting industry, ensuring the excellent implementation of the task of propagating correctly, fully and promptly the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws.

Many press agencies have increased constructive information and social criticism to put the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws into practice. Through many different approaches to readers, the propaganda and dissemination work of media agencies is carried out regularly, continuously and widely.
Or recently, many press agencies have opened new columns for people to contribute their opinions on the contents of the draft Land Law (amended). The opinions recorded by press agencies from people will contribute to promoting land resources for socio-economic development, contributing to strict land management, and economical and effective land use.
However, to effectively improve the effectiveness of disseminating the state's legal policies to the people, digital transformation must be an inevitable trend and a must for every press agency. In order for each press agency to digitally transform and thereby enhance the propaganda of legal policies in the most effective way, Ms. Dang Thi Phuong Thao, Deputy Director of the Press Department, Ministry of Information and Communications, said that it is necessary to enhance the role and responsibility of the head of the press agency in promoting digital transformation, developing the press economy associated with strictly implementing legal regulations on the press, especially implementing the principles and purposes.
Newsrooms that implement digital transformation change their entire operations to improve content quality and reduce operating, production, and distribution costs, thereby forming new, effective business models. Media need tools to help understand readers’ tastes and behaviors to personalize information.
