This afternoon, February 2, a working delegation from the Salavan Provincial Propaganda Department (Laos) led by Head of the Propaganda Department, ChanSamon PhomMaSeng, visited and extended New Year greetings to the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.
