At the conference, the Standing Committee gave opinions on adjusting the Construction Planning of Nghi Loc district, Nghe An province to 2030, with a vision to 2050; concluding this content, Provincial Party Secretary Thai Thanh Quy requested the district to develop a new project suitable for the fiscal year.

After listening to the presentation of the Project to build the North Central Innovation and Startup Center, the Chairman concluded that it was necessary to change the approach: that is, to call for investors, have preferential mechanisms on taxes and land rents instead of proposing to provide capital and increase staff as proposed by the Department of Science and Technology, agreeing to postpone the submission of the project to the Government until October next year as suggested by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with a proposal to pilot attractive incentive mechanisms to attract investors, and research suitable investment forms.

Regarding the policy of issuing the Resolution of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on building and developing Dien Chau district until 2030, with a vision to 2045, the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee requested the district to clarify the orientation, discuss tasks and solutions, including proposing policy mechanisms to develop Dien Chau into one of the 6 urban centers of the province according to Resolution 39 of the Politburo and the provincial planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, becoming a Town in 2030, and submit it to the Provincial Party Committee around February 2025. The Provincial Party Secretary also requested the district to focus on implementing key projects in the area.

At the same time, the Standing Committee also gave opinions on issuing the Regulation amending and replacing Regulation No. 20 dated March 28, 2023 on the framework of title standards, criteria for evaluating cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the results of reviewing a number of investment projects according to Plan No. 233.

In addition, the Standing Committee members also discussed the organization, staff, inspection, supervision and enforcement of party discipline according to the inspection and supervision conclusions such as the Conclusion on the supervision of the results of 3 years of implementing Resolution No. 02 dated June 12, 2021 of the Politburo on innovation of organization and operation of Vietnam Trade Union in the new situation at the Provincial Federation of Labor, Conclusion on the results of supervision of the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of the organization, streamlining of staff, restructuring of the staff of civil servants, public employees and personnel work at the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs; Conclusion on the inspection of the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of Conclusion No. 02 dated May 18, 2021 of the Secretariat on continuing to implement Directive No. 47 dated June 25, 2015 of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership on fire prevention and fighting in Vinh City; Conclusion of the inspection of leadership, direction and organization of implementation of State management work on construction planning in Do Luong district.
