The Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee agreed to allow 11 officials, including 3 Provincial Party Committee members, to retire before the retirement age.

Comrade Pham Hong Hanh, born in 1970, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of Tu Ky District Party Committee, asked for early retirement to facilitate the arrangement and streamlining of the local apparatus.

The Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee has agreed to allow 11 cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to retire early.

Among the 11 comrades, there are 3 Provincial Party Committee members who are Deputy Heads of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Deputy Heads of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board and Secretary of Thanh Mien District Party Committee.

Other cases are 2 Deputy Heads of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Director of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board; Head of the Kinh Mon Town Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department; Head of the Tu Ky District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department; Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, Chairman of the Ninh Giang District Fatherland Front Committee and Head of the Kim Thanh District Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

Along with that, 4 cadres and civil servants of the Party bloc, namely: Deputy Head of the Hai Duong City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; Deputy Head of the Hai Duong City Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Deputy Head of the Kinh Mon City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee and 1 specialist of the Kinh Mon City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee were also unanimously approved by the Standing Provincial Party Committee for early retirement.

The above comrades all submitted applications expressing their wish to retire early to contribute to facilitating the arrangement and streamlining of the organizational apparatus.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee is guiding and coordinating to complete the documents to resolve the regime and policies for comrades who are eligible for early retirement in accordance with regulations. Most of the above comrades will retire from March 1, 2025.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee will continue to compile petitions and wishes of cadres to advise the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to consider and resolve each case in accordance with Central and provincial regulations.
