The monitoring delegation also presented the results of previous field surveys in 6 localities in the province, namely Mong Cai, Dam Ha, Quang Yen, Uong Bi, Ha Long, and Van Don. On that basis, the monitoring delegation requested the Provincial THADS Department and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to clarify the causes of some existing problems, difficulties, and obstacles still recorded at the grassroots level related to the fields and responsibilities of the two sectors. Regarding the detailed reports and proposals presented by the two units at the working session, the Monitoring Delegation of the Legal Department will synthesize them to submit to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and resolution in the coming time according to regulations.
