Practically commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day, on the morning of April 18, the Ha Nam Generals' Liaison Committee coordinated with the Provincial Veterans Association and the Phu Ly City Veterans Association to organize the handover of the "War Veterans' Affection" house to War Veteran Nguyen Thi Xuan, Dinh Trang Residential Group, Lam Ha Ward, Phu Ly City.

Construction started in early March 2025, after more than 3 months of urgent construction, the house was completed with a total project value of more than 300 million VND, of which the Ha Nam General Liaison Committee supported 70 million VND, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Phu Ly City's organizations supported 10 million VND, the Provincial Women's Entrepreneurs Association supported 10 million VND, the rest was from the family and the working days of relatives. In the joy of receiving the new house, CCB Nguyen Thi Xuan expressed her gratitude for the affection of her comrades and the attention of leaders at all levels, local authorities and organizations that helped her family have a spacious house.

Also at the house handover ceremony, departments, branches, and organizations of Phu Ly city and the locality presented many gifts to the family. This is a source of encouragement and sharing to motivate the family of veteran Nguyen Thi Xuan to overcome difficulties and rise up in life.
