Worried about choosing Computer Science when the family is not well off

I am passionate about Computer Science so I want to find a suitable university because my parents are farmers and have an unstable income. I have researched the tuition fees of some schools and found them quite high. Is there any school that teaches this field with reasonable tuition fees? Or is there any study support program?
