The Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negativity of Ha Tinh province held a regular meeting to evaluate the results of the implementation of tasks in the first 9 months of 2023 and deploy tasks for the coming time.

On the morning of September 28, under the chairmanship of Comrade Hoang Trung Dung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Steering Committee, Standing Committee of the Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negativity of Ha Tinh province, a regular meeting was held to evaluate the results of the implementation of tasks in the first 9 months of 2023 and deploy tasks in the coming time.

Attending the meeting were comrade Tran The Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negative Behavior; comrades members of the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negative Behavior.

In the first 9 months of 2023, the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of measures to prevent corruption and negativity were seriously implemented by Party committees and authorities from the provincial to grassroots levels; the concretization of the guiding thoughts of the General Secretary - Head of the Central Steering Committee on preventing and combating corruption and negativity was fully and promptly deployed.

Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Dinh Hai reported on the Steering Committee's activities in the first 9 months of the year.

The Provincial Steering Committee held a conference to review the results of one year of the Steering Committee's activities; directed the review and decided to put 16 complicated corruption and negative cases and incidents that have attracted public attention in the area under monitoring and direction for focused direction and handling.

However, the process of directing the handling of some cases, incidents, and the work of appraisal and valuation of assets still faces difficulties and obstacles; the progress and results of settlement are still slow.

In order to improve the effectiveness of anti-corruption and anti-negativity work in the coming time and promptly have plans to resolve cases and incidents that have been monitored and directed, the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee requests members of the Steering Committee, relevant agencies, organizations, units and individuals to focus on inspecting and urging the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of anti-corruption and anti-negativity work of the Steering Committee for anti-corruption and anti-negativity in 2023.

Direct provincial prosecution agencies to concentrate forces, speed up the verification, investigation, and handling of corruption and negative cases under the monitoring and direction of the Provincial Steering Committee; seriously implement the motto "to the extent clear, to the extent handled, no forbidden areas, no exceptions".

The Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee - the Standing Body of the Steering Committee regularly monitors, urges and promptly reports on the implementation of the Conclusions of the Head of the Steering Committee at meetings of the Steering Committee and the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee.
