Appoint Mr. Tran Huy Phuong to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee
Recently, the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a Conference to announce the Secretariat's Decision on the rotation and appointment of personnel to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee.
Attending the conference were members of the Party Central Committee: Tran Van Ron, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission; Nguyen Anh Tuan, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee.
Authorized by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Phung Duc Chien announced Decision No. 1168/QDNS-TW; accordingly, the Central Party Committee and the Secretariat appointed Mr. Tran Huy Phuong, Head of the General Department, Central Inspection Commission to join the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
At the Conference, Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan presented the Decision of the Party Central Committee and the Secretariat to Mr. Tran Huy Phuong.
Speaking at the Conference, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission Tran Van Ron congratulated Mr. Tran Huy Phuong on being transferred and appointed by the Central Executive Committee and the Secretariat to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
The Standing Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission affirmed that the rotation of leaders and managers is a major policy of the Party, aiming to train and create conditions for cadres to be challenged and trained from the grassroots level, in the localities where they are rotated.
On July 6, 2023, the Party Central Committee issued Regulation No. 110-QD/TW on the rotation of cadres in the Party Inspection sector. On that basis, the Central Inspection Commission issued Plan No. 126-KH/UBKTTW, dated October 6, 2023, on the rotation of cadres in the Party Inspection sector for the period 2023 - 2025. Mr. Tran Huy Phuong is an officer of the Central Inspection Commission and is subject to rotation according to regulations.
Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission Tran Van Ron emphasized that Mr. Tran Huy Phuong has 18 years of working experience at the Central Inspection Commission, has capacity, high sense of responsibility, innovative thinking in work, always completes tasks well and excellently.
The Standing Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission believes that with his capacity and high sense of responsibility, Mr. Tran Huy Phuong will quickly grasp the work, continue to practice, strive, promote his capacity and strengths, contributing with the Party Committee, government and people of Bac Ninh province to promote the results achieved in the past time, successfully implement the set goals, targets and tasks, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
Mr. Tran Huy Phuong was born in 1981, from Ha Nam province. During his working career, he was a specialist, inspector, chief inspector, Deputy Director, Director of the General Department of the Central Inspection Commission.
Approval of personnel of Standing Committee of Long An Provincial Party Committee
Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Long An province Nguyen Van Duoc has just chaired the announcement of the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on approving the addition of personnel to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Accordingly, the representative of the Organizing Committee of Long An Provincial Party Committee announced the decision of the Central Party Secretariat to approve Colonel Nguyen Tan Linh, Provincial Party Committee member, Commander of the Provincial Military Command to join the Standing Committee of Long An Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Long An Province Nguyen Van Duoc congratulated Colonel Nguyen Tan Linh. He suggested that Colonel Nguyen Tan Linh should inherit and promote the results that the Provincial Military Command has achieved in the past time, continue to promote the role and responsibility to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

At the conference, Comrade To Van Tu, Head of the Organizing Committee of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, announced Decision No. 1164 of the Central Party Secretariat on approving the Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025.
According to the Decision, the Secretariat approved comrade Hoang Van So, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, to hold the position of Deputy Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission for the 2020-2025 term.
Presenting the Decision, congratulating flowers and assigning tasks to comrade Hoang Van So, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Mai Van Tuat highly appreciated the efforts and contributions of comrade Hoang Van So in his working positions.
Emphasizing that inspection work plays a very important role in Party building, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee requested that in his new position, Comrade Hoang Van So continue to maintain the political qualities of an inspection officer, constantly research, study, update information and knowledge with the collective leadership of the staff agency, coordinate to well implement the contents and tasks in the inspection and supervision program of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Inspection Committee, contributing to the effective implementation of the province's political tasks in 2024 and the following years.
He suggested that the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission be more proactive and coordinate better with agencies and units to create a combined strength in the process of implementing activities, inspections and supervisions, ensuring progress, time and quality according to regulations.
Approval of the personnel of the Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee of Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee
Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee has organized the announcement of the decision of the Secretariat and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on personnel work.
At the ceremony, comrade Vo Hoang Tho - Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee announced Decision No. 1657-QD/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on transferring comrade Nguyen Thanh Cong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Cu Lao Dung District, term 2021 - 2026 to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee to introduce and elect to hold the position of Member, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
Decision No. 1161-QDNS/TW of the Secretariat on approving Comrade Nguyen Thanh Cong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Cu Lao Dung District, term 2021 - 2026 to join the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee and hold the position of Deputy Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Lam Van Man emphasized that inspection and supervision work plays a very important role, is one of the Party's leadership methods, and is an important part of the entire Party building work.
