Accordingly, the People's Committee of Bac Lieu province allows Hoang Phat Group Investment Joint Stock Company (Ward 1, Bac Lieu City, Bac Lieu Province) to transfer the entire project of the townhouse commercial area to Hoang Tien Construction Company Limited in Bac Lieu (84 N7 Street, Mega Ruby Residential Area, Quarter 2, Phu Huu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam).

Specifically, the project of the commercial townhouses in lot TMDV 1C is located at Lot TMDV 1C, in the new urban area of ​​Hoang Phat, Ward 1, Bac Lieu City. The project's objective is to build commercial townhouses with a land use scale of 9,021.34m2; total investment of 119,027,602,376 VND; total construction floor area of ​​16,855.36m2; scale of 3-storey construction; quantity and product structure of 55 commercial townhouses.

The project's operating period is until December 6, 2060, with a project implementation progress of 24 months (from the date of issuance of Construction Permit No. 03/GPXD dated January 12, 2024 by the People's Committee of Bac Lieu City). Currently, the project has implemented construction to the first floor beam and floor items.

The People's Committee of Bac Lieu province assigned the Department of Construction to be responsible for publicly announcing the decision to allow the transfer of the entire real estate project mentioned above on the Electronic Information Portal of the Department of Construction and to be fully responsible for the accuracy of the appraisal of the transfer dossier of the entire project mentioned above in accordance with regulations.

At the same time, be responsible for being the focal agency in monitoring and supervising the implementation during the project implementation process until the completion of the project. If any difficulties or problems arise, they must be handled in accordance with the authority and regulations of the law; in case of exceeding the authority, promptly report and propose solutions in accordance with regulations and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for decision.

In addition, the People's Committee of Bac Lieu province also assigned the Department of Construction, Department of Finance, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Planning and Investment, Provincial Tax Department, Bac Lieu City People's Committee and relevant agencies and units to be responsible for monitoring and supervising implementation based on the functions and tasks of their agencies and units.

In particular, guide the project transferor and project transferee to fully implement the documents, procedures and responsibilities and obligations of their units towards the State in accordance with current laws (including the implementation of financial obligations on land use fees and land rent due to changes in land use coefficients - if any) and organize the implementation of the next steps in accordance with the order and procedures prescribed by current laws.
