Bac Ha organizes the 2024 Inter-family Fire Fighting Competition

On May 7, Bac Ha district organized the 2024 Fire Fighting and Rescue Competition for Inter-family Fire Prevention and Fighting Teams.

The competition had more than 50 athletes from 7 teams from communes and towns in the area.

The teams went through 2 parts of the competition: theory (teams randomly selected questions and answered about fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and first aid knowledge); practice handling fire fighting situations, rescuing people and moving property for the type of housing combined with production and business.

According to the Organizing Committee's assessment, thanks to careful preparation, serious training, and a spirit of solidarity and responsibility, the teams completed the competition well, ensuring absolute safety for people and vehicles, demonstrating the ability to respond to and handle fire incidents, and the ability to proficiently use fire prevention and rescue tools.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to the Fire Safety Inter-family Group of Bac Ha 2 Town; the Second Prize to the Fire Safety Inter-family Group of Coc Ly Commune; the Third Prize to the Fire Safety Inter-family Group of Nam Luc Commune; and 2 Encouragement Prizes to the Fire Safety Inter-family Group of Bao Nhai Commune and Bac Ha 1 Town.
