Speaking at the session, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Mai Son said that in recent years, Bac Giang has made strong development steps, maintaining its position in the group of provinces with the highest economic growth rate in the country. However, the rapid economic growth rate also poses significant challenges to the labor market. According to forecasts, in 2025, the whole province needs to recruit about 110,000 new workers to meet the production and business needs of enterprises and industrial parks. Therefore, there is a need for synchronous and flexible solutions to ensure the supply of sufficient high-quality human resources to meet development requirements in the coming period.

He suggested that the Employment Service Center and employment service enterprises continue to closely grasp the needs of recruitment and training of human resources, and closely coordinate with enterprises. Expand the model of online consultation, interview, and recruitment; at the same time, apply AI technology in analyzing and screening profiles to introduce job opportunities that are close to the capacity and needs of workers.

Enterprises recruiting labor are interested in investing in training, building a professional working environment, and providing reasonable remuneration to attract and retain employees. Vocational training institutions continue to innovate training programs, closely linking with market realities, ensuring that learners are fully equipped with knowledge and skills right from when they are still in school. For students and workers, take advantage of this session to learn more about the needs of enterprises, thereby having a clear career orientation, proactively improving professional capacity and soft skills.

He also emphasized that the Provincial People's Committee will continue to accompany businesses and workers in perfecting policies, improving the investment environment, promoting digital transformation in labor management, and supporting businesses to recruit more quickly and conveniently.
