Among the 14 individuals awarded Certificates of Merit, notable are Mr. Chu Van Giap, a prestigious person of Tan Giao village, Tan Moc commune, Luc Ngan district; Ban Thi Quynh Anh, 8A student, Son Dong district boarding school for ethnic minorities.
