The ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs Awards ceremony was organized by the ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs Network (AWEN), within the framework of the ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs Summit in Jakarta, a side event of the 43rd ASEAN Summit.
ASEAN Secretary General, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, Indonesian Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises, Mr. Teten Masduki; AWEN Founding President, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh; AWEN President Ms. Diah Anita Prihapsari attended, delivered speeches and awarded outstanding ASEAN female entrepreneurs, affirming the important contributions of ASEAN female entrepreneurs in innovation, economic development, social security, sustainable and inclusive development of the region.

CEO Le Hong Thuy Tien is the wife of Mr. Johnathan Hanh Nguyen (Chairman of IPPG) and has contributed to making IPPG one of the largest retail enterprises in Vietnam with more than 25,000 employees, 33 subsidiaries, operating in many fields.

CEO Le Hong Thuy Tien has achieved many achievements in social activities to empower and enhance career development capacity in the workplace for Vietnamese women, and has been invited to be a speaker at many prestigious conferences in Vietnam and the world. She is one of the first Vietnamese and Asian women to be invited to be a speaker twice in two consecutive years 2018 (Sydney, Australia) and 2019 (Basel, Switzerland) at the World Women's Summit Forum. She was voted by Forbes in the Top 50 most influential women in Vietnam 2018 - 2019. In July 2021, Ms. Thuy Tien was awarded the title of Knight by the President of the Italian Republic, for her contributions to social activities and dynamism in business.
