Apple has just announced that it will open an online store for the Vietnamese market on May 18, providing a full range of Apple products and direct Vietnamese support for customers nationwide.
On May 12, Apple officially announced that it will launch its first Apple Store in the Vietnamese market on May 18. This is an online Apple Store and could be a stepping stone for the "apple house" to continue opening direct stores in Vietnam in the near future.
Apple said it will provide a full line of Apple products and direct Vietnamese language support to customers nationwide. The online Apple Store will provide customers with the same superior service and personalized support as Apple Store locations around the world.
This online store will have a team of experts always ready to share professional knowledge in Vietnamese to support customers when needed.
"We are honored to expand in Vietnam and provide Apple's outstanding care and support to our customers with the launch of the Apple Store online. With this store, customers in Vietnam can now explore our great range of products and services, connect with experienced experts, and experience the essence of Apple like never before," said Ms. Deirdre O'Brien - Apple's senior vice president of retail.

Previously, in the financial reporting meeting for the first three months of 2023, Apple CEO Tim Cook shared that emerging markets were the key factor helping Apple achieve record iPhone sales in the last quarter.
"We're working hard in some of these markets and seeing that the low market share and dynamic customer base creates a great opportunity for us," said Tim Cook.
In Southeast Asia, Vietnam is considered the next potential market to open an Apple Store, after Thailand and Singapore. According to experts, the important point for Apple to consider is that Vietnam has a very good sales growth rate, the highest in the region at present, and the rate of Apple product users is also high.
