UK and South Korea sign Downing Street Accord, upgrading relations to highest level

On November 22, South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol and British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak signed the "Downing Street Accord", upgrading security and economic relations between the two countries to the highest level.
