At the conference, the representative of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to transfer comrade Pham Thi Thanh - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union to work at Hiep Duc District Party Committee, appointed to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the District Party Committee Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Hiep Duc District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025 from March 1, 2025.

The representative of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee also announced the decision of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union on assigning the position of Secretary of the 19th Quang Nam Provincial Youth Union (term 2022 - 2027) to Mr. Hoang Van Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board Phan Van Binh congratulated comrade Pham Thi Thanh and Mr. Hoang Van Thanh on receiving their new assignments.

For Mr. Hoang Van Thanh, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Phan Van Binh hopes to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity and internal unity; mobilizing young people to be determined to successfully carry out tasks in 2025. In particular, focusing on forces and supporting localities to effectively implement the policy of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the province.
