On the first working day, on the afternoon of November 19, on behalf of the Congress Presidium, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai Thanh - Vice President of the Hanoi Bar Association, term VII, 2018-2024, presented the Review Report of the Executive Committee of the Hanoi Bar Association, term 2018-2024.

At the same time, the Congress elected 45 outstanding lawyers to join the Executive Committee of the Hanoi Bar Association, term VIII, 2024-2029. At the same time, the vote unanimously approved the list of 11 official delegates to attend the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Bar Association.

Also on the afternoon of November 19, the Executive Committee of the Hanoi Bar Association, term VIII, 2024-2029, held its first meeting, electing the Inspection Committee, the Standing Committee, the President and Vice President of the Hanoi Bar Association, term VIII, 2024-2029. Comrade Nguyen Xuan Khanh - Deputy Editor-in-Chief, Head of the Bar Association of the Economic and Urban Newspaper was elected by the Congress as a member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Bar Association, term 2024-2029.

The Congress agreed on the list of 11 official delegates to attend the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Lawyers Association.

The Congress voted to unify the contents at the Congress.

On the afternoon of November 19, the Executive Committee of the Hanoi Bar Association, term VIII, 2024-2029, held its first meeting, electing the Inspection Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Hanoi Bar Association, term VIII, 2024-2029.

Mr. Dao Ba Son - Member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Bar Association was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Hanoi Bar Association, term VIII, 2024-2029.

Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Huong - Deputy Director, Head of the Hanoi Lawyers Association; Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai Thanh - Vice President of the Hanoi Lawyers Association, term VII, 2018-2024 and Mr. Nguyen Van Ha - Deputy Head, Vice President of the Hanoi Lawyers Association, term VIII, 2024-2029 were elected to hold the position of Vice President of the Hanoi Lawyers Association, term VIII, 2024-2029.
