
Multi-layered security, ensuring safety

Central Park Residences applies a 24/7 security system with multiple layers of security monitoring all activities within the apartment complex to ensure absolute safety for all residents.
The first layer is the professional security and reception team. All visitors to the apartment lobby must register at the reception desk. The basement entrance also has a security door, unlocked by FaceID. This is also a pioneering project in Nghe An to bring the FaceID system into the apartment, automatically recognizing faces at the reception lobby and basement to prevent strangers from breaking in, convenient for the elderly and children, and helping the elderly feel secure when away from home. The next layer of security is the camera system in all 9 elevators and 24/7 observation corridors. The final layer is the video doorbell system so that the homeowner can observe and contact guests before opening the door.
Regarding the work of the building management board, it complies with the control principles according to the criteria of "strict, close and timely". According to the investor with 20 years of experience in real estate development, having built and put into use tens of thousands of apartments, in the management and operation of the apartment building, the staff must not only meet the criteria of uniform, professional working attitude, and friendly communication with residents, but they must also be enthusiastic, sensitive and accurate in solving arising problems. State-of-the-art fire protection system
Setting the health safety standards for residents at the maximum level, Central Park Residences focuses on equipping fire prevention and fighting equipment (PCCC) in every area of the project, which is always periodically checked for quality.

Specifically, all apartments are equipped with doors and fingerprint locks that are fireproof and meet national standards. The doors are fitted with smoke-proof gaskets. In the event of a fire, the smoke-proof gaskets will expand 7-10 times stronger than their original size to ensure that all gaps are sealed. With this structure, the main door at Central Park Residences will both directly prevent the fire from spreading and prevent toxic smoke from entering the house. To install this system, the investor will incur a cost twice as high as that of the same brand of equipment that has not been inspected. For a project with a scale of 620 apartments like Central Park Residences, this additional cost can amount to tens of billions of VND.

At Central Park Residences, sprinklers (water nozzles in the automatic fire extinguishing system) are also located in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The fire alarm system is monitored 24/7 at the central control room of the building. When there is a fire alarm, it will accurately report the location of the apartment or public area where the incident is occurring so that the local fire fighting team can promptly handle it.
In parallel, all corridors are equipped with smoke exhaust or pressurization systems and smoke doors according to fire prevention standards, preventing smoke from entering in case of fire to ensure escape in case of an incident. The emergency stairs of all floors are equipped with pressurized buffer chambers to prevent smoke contamination in case of fire, ensuring safety for residents when escaping.

The basement and commercial areas are also divided into fire compartments with fire doors to isolate the fire in case of an incident. Notably, the electric vehicle charging area is centrally designed, has a surveillance camera and a timer that turns off after 10pm to prevent overnight charging, ensuring safety during use.
Central Park Residences also reserves the 21st floor as a refuge floor, equipped with gas masks to ensure the required number of escapes.
