95th Anniversary of the Party's Founding: The Secret to Success of the Communist Party of Vietnam

The above is the affirmation of Mr. Renato Darsie, Chairman of the Italy - Vietnam Friendship Association in Veneto region, in an interview with VNA reporters in Italy on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of its founding. Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025).

Mr. Darsie emphasized that the Communist Party of Vietnam was founded in 1930 with the aim of unifying the country's political line to drive out the French colonialists who had occupied, humiliated and caused poverty for the Vietnamese people. Today, after 95 years under the leadership of the Party, Vietnam is a prosperous, free, unified and peaceful country with all countries in the world.

During different stages of this process, the Communist Party of Vietnam has always adhered to a unified political line with maximum institutional, social and popular representation to promote the unity of different interests that make up Vietnamese society, from economic to territorial and social.

After the country was reunified, Vietnam experienced significant demographic growth, with the population increasing from 34 million in 1975 to 95 million today. The people’s search for unity about the country’s future continued throughout the reconstruction period, aiming to provide housing, cities, schools and jobs for all. This means that together with the people, the Communist Party of Vietnam has succeeded in bringing about enormous positive changes for the Vietnamese people themselves.

The work "Some theoretical and practical issues on socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam" by the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong helps Italian communists and those around the world understand why it is necessary to summarize the current situation of the process of realizing a socialist state in Vietnam and why it is necessary to summarize this process.

The Communist Party of Vietnam is determined to ensure that some of the ongoing changes that have caused corruption and the use of institutional image for personal gain are no longer obstacles to the realization of national renewal and the streamlining of the state apparatus.

According to Mr. Darsie, in addition to efforts to continue implementing the national public health service, meeting the requirements for higher salaries and an education system capable of training young people towards the future with collective and general knowledge, Vietnam should fight politically against Western culture, which has lured a large part of the youth and society into pragmatic and materialistic individualism as the highest form of aspiration for a better future for the younger generation.

He expressed his belief that the Communist Party of Vietnam will certainly continue to succeed in leading the country in the era of innovation, thanks to the support and consensus of the Vietnamese people.
