9 new projects disbursed from Ha Tinh Cooperative Development Support Fund

Since the beginning of 2023, the Ha Tinh Cooperative Development Support Fund has disbursed 4 billion VND for 9 projects, helping units have more resources to invest in production and business.

Cooperatives that borrow capital from the Ha Tinh Cooperative Development Support Fund operate in many fields such as: livestock, aquaculture, small-scale industry, transportation, environment... In general, the borrowed capital is used for the right purposes and effectively.

Capital from the Ha Tinh Cooperative Development Support Fund is used by units for the right purposes and effectively.

Accordingly, from the beginning of 2023 to now, 5 cooperatives have received disbursement with an amount of 500 million VND/unit.

Specifically: Quy Vuong Agricultural Production, Business and Development Cooperative (Yen Ho commune, Duc Tho) borrowed capital to invest in a combine harvester; Hong Loc Environmental and Agricultural Services Cooperative (Loc Ha) borrowed capital to invest in specialized garbage trucks; Xuan Hoa Aquaculture Cooperative (Thach Bang town, Loc Ha) borrowed capital to invest in buying refrigerated trucks; Tra Son Cooperative, Thuong Loc commune (Can Loc) borrowed capital to invest in infrastructure for seedling production; Hai Son Trade and Service Cooperative (Xuan Hai commune, Nghi Xuan) borrowed capital to invest in upgrading and repairing the market.

Through document appraisal, in the past time, the Ha Tinh Cooperative Development Support Fund has also disbursed 300 million VND to Thien Phu Cooperative (Cuong Gian Commune, Nghi Xuan) to invest in building houses and indoor crab farming equipment systems; disbursed 450 million VND to Thanh Nien Thanh Sen Cooperative (Thach Trung Commune, Ha Tinh City) to invest in a high-tech vegetable, root and fruit production model; disbursed 400 million VND to Cuong Thinh Cooperative (Thach Lac Commune, Thach Ha) to expand its seafood business store and 350 million VND to Tay Son Environmental Sanitation Service Cooperative (Huong Son) to purchase excavation and leveling machines.

9 new projects disbursed from Ha Tinh Cooperative Development Support Fund

The Provincial Cooperative Union organized training for cooperatives in accessing loans from the Ha Tinh Cooperative Development Support Fund and commercial banks.

Mr. Tran Quoc Hoang - Director of Ha Tinh Cooperative Development Support Fund said: "Accessing loans from the fund, cooperatives will enjoy preferential lending interest rates (5.13%/year). In the context that the collective economic sector is facing many difficulties due to economic recession such as: orders, revenue decline, increased production costs, large inventories..., access to "cheap" loans will create more resources for cooperatives to reinvest and improve operational efficiency".

Ha Tinh Cooperative Development Support Fund was established in 2009 and started operating in 2010.

As of July 31, 2023, the charter capital provided by the provincial budget was VND 37 billion. The Fund has lent 265 investment projects to 164 cooperatives with a loan turnover of VND 92,733 billion.
