61 students were awarded advanced degrees in political theory.

On the morning of April 16, the Provincial Political School coordinated with the Regional Political Academy I to organize the closing ceremony of the non-concentrated Advanced Political Theory class, class K69.B07 (course 2022 - 2024).

Attending the closing ceremony were Mr. Vu Xuan Cuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Dr. Pham Thi Ngoc Dung, Deputy Director of the Regional Political Academy I; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, the Provincial Political School and students of the class.

The non-concentrated Advanced Political Theory class, class K69.B07, course 2022 - 2024 has 61 students who are leaders and managers of departments, agencies, sectors and districts, towns and cities of the province.

After 2 years of study, the students have completed the entire training program as planned with 19 subjects, local topics and field research. In addition, the students are also trained in initiative, problem solving skills; teamwork skills, presentation skills, scientific thinking and leadership and management capacity.

Based on the results of study and training, the Graduation Council of the Political Academy of Region I recognized the graduation of 100% of the students; of which, 2/61 students achieved excellent results (accounting for 3.28%), 54/61 students achieved good results (accounting for 88.52%); 5/61 students achieved average results (accounting for 8.2%). There were 6 students honored to receive awards from the Director of the Academy.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Vu Xuan Cuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council commended and acknowledged the learning and training results of the students.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that Lao Cai province pays great attention to personnel work, considering it a key step in Party building. Over the terms, the province has always focused on training and fostering political theory for cadres and leaders at all levels. During the 2020-2025 term, Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee issued a specialized resolution on human resource development for the province, which set out standards and criteria for political theory qualifications, especially for leaders and managers at district and department levels of the province.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that in the coming time, teachers and the Board of Directors of the Regional Political Academy I will continue to spend more time, affection and effort to help Lao Cai train a team of source cadres and management leaders.

At the same time, it is recommended that trainees promote their pioneering and exemplary spirit, proactively advise and propose to help Party committees and authorities lead and direct the successful implementation of political tasks of localities, agencies and units, actively contributing to socio-economic development, building the Party and the political system of the province to be increasingly clean and strong.
