When people come to resolve one of these 6 administrative procedures, they do not have to receive an appointment slip and the maximum processing time is 1 hour from the time the application is received.

Chairman of Duc Thuan Ward People's Committee Le Hong Thanh said: "According to the process, when people come to handle the above procedures, the reception staff will issue appointment slips and people will have to wait for the appointment to get the results. However, in practice, these procedures can all be processed quickly, helping people save time and effort, so we have implemented a model of no waiting, no appointment slips".

To ensure the model is effective and convenient for people, Duc Thuan Ward People's Committee has directed civil servants at the reception and result delivery department to proactively classify administrative procedures when people come to transact, in which, priority is given to resolving 6 administrative procedures under the model.

At the same time, pre-printed forms and declarations are placed on the desk for citizens to conveniently monitor and implement. Every day, the ward arranges 2 officers to directly receive and process 6 administrative procedures under the model and 1 leader to directly sign the documents right at the reception and return results department, thereby speeding up the processing of documents. The ward also arranges computers for citizens to conveniently access, look up and supplement necessary information when transacting.

In particular, before implementing the model, the unit organized many training sessions, instructing staff on skills, experience, and operations to receive and process these 6 administrative procedures to ensure speed and standard procedures.

Coming to the Ward People's Committee to certify the land transfer contract, instead of having to wait and receive an appointment slip, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu's (Ngoc Son Residential Group) file was quickly received by the staff. Through the steps of checking the file components, verifying the information in the contract according to regulations, the file was quickly processed, helping Ms. Thu promptly go to the Town Public Administration Center to carry out the next steps right in the session. "I find the implementation of this model extremely useful and convenient, helping people and businesses save a lot of time," Ms. Thu shared.

Mr. Nguyen Trung Nam (Thuan Hong TDP) said: “I work far away, today I went back to my hometown with my fiancee to the ward to register for marriage. Thinking that it would take a long time to complete the procedures and wait for the results, we went very early. However, the procedure only took more than 30 minutes, no additional documents required and no long waiting time.”
