(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On the morning of April 26, the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen District coordinated with the Housing Management and Trading Company Limited and the Department of Construction to organize the 12th draw to determine apartment locations for households in old apartment buildings in Dong Quoc Binh Ward who are eligible to be arranged to live in apartment buildings HH1, HH3 - HH4.

The Organizing Committee opened the sealed ballot box.

According to the list approved by the City People's Committee, receive houses in Phase 12   There are 48 households that meet the criteria for approval to be drawn to determine the location of apartments in apartment buildings HH1, HH3 - HH4, Dong Quoc Binh ward. Of which, there are 19 households in group A, 02 households in group B and 27 households in group C.

Households participating in the draw will determine the location of the apartment and carry out a number of procedures according to regulations.

As in previous phases, households in group A will be placed in apartments with the largest area of ​​54.89 m2 for households on the first floor of old apartment buildings, with a housing area of ​​28 m2 or more, and households from the 2nd to 5th floors with a housing area of ​​40 m2 or more. Group B will be placed in corner apartments with an area of ​​47.49 m2 for households on the first floor of old apartment buildings, with a housing area of ​​25 m2 to less than 28 m2; households from the 2nd to 5th floors with an area of ​​31 to 40 m2. Group C will be placed in the remaining apartments with an area of ​​47.21 to 49.13 m2, including households on the first floor of old apartment buildings with an area of ​​less than 25 m2 and households from the 2nd to 5th floors with an old house area of ​​less than 31 m2./.
