300 reporters and editors trained in propaganda for Party Congresses at all levels

Kinhtedothi - On the morning of October 31, at Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School (Hanoi), the Propaganda Department of the City Party Committee coordinated with the Organization Department of the City Party Committee to organize a training course on Party building, political system and propaganda plan to prepare for the 18th Congress of the Hanoi Party Committee.

During the training course, cadres, reporters and editors of the Hanoi press and publishing sector listened to Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai - Deputy Head of the Department of Administrative Organization, Information and Documentation (Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School) present two topics: Propaganda and dissemination of Party building work and the political system in the past time, key tasks in the coming time; Propaganda plan on preparations for the 18th Congress of the Hanoi Party Committee.

Colonel Nguyen Tien Thang - Head of Department PA03 (Hanoi City Police) introduced the topic of issues to note in propaganda work to refute distorted arguments related to the Party Congress; notes in protecting State secrets before, during and after the Party Congress.
